Delivery & Shipping Policy

Deliveries are within Malaysia only. NO P.O. Box or International addresses.
A standard shipping & handling fee for every transaction for local delivery unless otherwise stated. Shipping & handling fee is subject to change.
STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours and delivered by the designated courier from Monday to Friday.
If the dispatch day falls on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, dispatch will be on the next working day. Subject to courier service’s changes.
All transit time are subject to courier transport conditions and volume of parcels traffic.
We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
In case the courier service returned the parcel due to wrong address, we will contact customer immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by customer for re-delivery.
